2007-04APR CRAB ISLAND

This is the fish farm and where one who loves fishing can stay overnight in the little green hut above.

This scene is a bit dull in reality. So I got to turn it either into sepia or monochrome hopefully to make it look a bit better. Did it look better or worst?

This is the group of 7 including me who went for this Crab Island Exploration on 2007-04-29. Though the sky is a bit cloudy that day, but still I got a little bit of sun burn. Overall the trip is OK but I feel that place can be improved further for the Visit Malaysia 2007.

2007 PHOTOS - SKY

Taken on 2007-04-20 at about 7.25pm. I was on my way home from the office when I noticed that the sky is sort of having a laser beam display. So I stop my car at the road side, wind down the window as it was drizzling and took a few shots.

This was taken on 2007-04-29 while I was on my way home after visiting the "Crab Island". My husband was driving at that time, so I just took out my camera and snap from the front seat where I was sitting.

2006-08AUG HOKKAIDO FOOD

Throughout the trip in Hokkaido, this is the best meal I ever had in Hakodate and is the cheapest JPY500 only. We thought of eating again the next day before we leave for the next destination but did not make it.

This is Ivy san dinner at Hakodate. Mine was so so. Wrong choice. It is always your neighbour that looks better.

This is my favourite. Hotate (scallop). I had this for my dinner.

2006-08AUG - HOKKAIDO FLOWERS

This photo was taken at Biei, Hokkaido. The sky was sunny, clear and blue and this sunflower seem to be smiling at the camera.

This photo was taken in Sapporo. Hokkaido is famous for its lavender especially in Furano where they sell lavender ice-cream, lavender biscuits, lavender perfume and soap, etc...

2006-05MAY - HONG KONG

Photos taken in 2006 May in Hong Kong at ???. Sorry just can't recall the name of this place. We (my colleagues and I) sat here for few hours from evening till night just to see the night scenery and to capture some photos.

2005-10OCT - MT FUJI

I was indeed very lucky that evening to be able to see and capture photos of Mt Fuji. I was told by my Japanese girlfriend Emiko san and Mika san that most the time it is cloudy at the top. You should be able to notice that there is a thin layer of snow at the peak of Mt Fuji.

2006 PHOTOS - CLOUDS

This photo was taken on 2006-08-30 at 8:14am while I was on my way to office and was queuing to pay toll. It looks unique to me and I felt that the white clouds are getting angry and beginning to turn black in colour.

This was taken on 2006-11-14 at 7:08am while going to office. To me it looks like a gigantic white sparrow flying past.

2005-10OCT PHOTOS

Taken while I was on my flight from Tokyo to KL and I happened to see some strange but very nice formation of island, I guess. I think it is somewhere near Philippines because another 3-4 more hours I will reach KL.

2007-01JAN - CHINA

Night scene of Guangzhou. I think this photo is badly taken as I was shivering all over. I wasn't prepare for this weather of about 9~11C.

Taken from the hotel where I was staying in Shenzen. First time trying on shooting using low shutter speed to capture the trailing lights from the passing cars.

I am sure everyone knows where is this place. It's the ruins of St Paul in Macau.

2006-10OCT - KLCC

These photos were taken on 2006-Oct-12 while I was waiting for my husband to fetch me home. The 2 towers were standing magnificently against the dark sky and I just couldn't leave without snapping a few photos.

On 2006-Oct-21 I went to KLCC again bringing some relatives from Indonesia. This shot was taken in the afternoon.

2006-08AUG - HOKKAIDO INSECTS

These 3 photos were taken at Tomita Farm, Furano Hokkaido. Each of us took over 1,000 photos during the entire trip. Our main concern at that time were the limited memory card space availability and the batteries consumption.
